FAQ



How long does it take to process my shipment?

Most shipments are completed within 2 business days of being checked in. Larger shipments may take longer.

Do you accept pallets?

Yes! There is $ 12.00 prep fee for depalletizing your pallets.

Palletize Shipment for LTL – $25.00 per pallet (Covers the cost of the pallet, shrinkwrap and extra labor required to prep the pallet for shipment)

All pallets must be delivered directly to our warehouse.

What happens if you receive an item in damaged condition to your warehouse facility?

We will always take a picture of the product and barcode and email it to you showing what has been damaged. We will then ask for the damaged item to be removed from the shipment it is in, so the rest of the shipment can proceed.

How do you handle returns from Amazon?

If an item is sent back from Amazon and it’s damaged, we will send a picture of the product and barcode to you to decide if you want us to work in amazon return in which we are proficient or if you decide to discard it. If a product is sent back and it looks to be in good shape, we will send a picture of the product and barcode to you and see if you want it sent back in. If you want to send the product back in, you will need to re-add it to a shipment, and we will charge it as if it were any other new item. 

What form of payment do you accept?

We will issue you an invoice which will need to be paid before we release your shipment to Amazon.

Do you do retail arbitrage?

Of course we do RA (Retail Arbitrage) prepping! Drop your RA products off by appointment M-F 9am - 5pm and some Saturdays available. We also work with wholesale and private label products.

Will you enter my products into seller central for me?

We can enter your (RA) items, even when everyone has different standards but we can do it, you have to contact us for details. We also enter items from wholesale /private labels for you but please contact us before hand to discuss.  

How do I pay for services?

You will be invoiced by e-mail after each shipment is ready and all the invoices need to be paid in full before your shipment is sent to Amazon. Payments are due upon receipt. Storage fees are billed monthly.

How do I setup Inventory Lab and/or Amazon sub-accounts?

Once your account has been setup, you have to make a subaccount access for us. Remember, we cannot see your financial information on either account. These accounts are needed in order for us to process and prepare your inventory from start to finish giving you a completely hands-off experience.

How do I know you won’t copy or steal my products?

Our business is built upon relationships and more specifically upon trust. Your product information, and ALL of your information, is held in the strictest of confidence. Our Amazon business is about Prep and shipping services…WE ARE NOT SELLERS....however you can request to us for signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement provided by you.

How fast do you turn-around product?

You always can indicate if you want us to Hold or Ship your items. We check the status upon receipt of any products. Any items that we are holding or are received, and you have indicated as Ship, will usually be prepped and shipped into Amazon that same day. Worst case, next day. Shipments of more than 250 items at one time may take an additional few hours more to prep. We always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Where is your Prep Center located?

Our main warehouse is located in Miami, Florida, very close to Palmetto Expressway.

Do you accept oversized or HazMat items?

At this time, we do not accept HazMat items. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to handle Hazardous Materials (HazMat). In the case of oversized items: (in case of items more than 18″ on any one side, please contact us before hand to discuss.)

What happens if you receive a damaged item from my vendor?

If we notice damage to an item upon receipt from your vendor, we will take photographs of the damage and send to you. We will then hold the entire order awaiting further instructions from you.

Can you accept truck-shipped or truck-freight shipments?

Yes!

Can you send out palletized shipments to Amazon?

Yes, we do this regularly.

How do you ship my items into Amazon?

Currently all shipments to Amazon are sent out daily (Monday-Friday) via UPS. Items sent by our order fulfillment are sent out via UPS. FedEx can be arranged at your request, but with an additional pick-up charge.
